Central Lakes Trail Parking Area

The trail ends at the southern tip of Lake Shetek, where an observation platform provides a view of the lake, islands, and other water features in this region. The trail also connects to trails that travel north and east from this point.
Delagoon Park
Delagoon Park is located on the south shore of Ottertail Lake. It is a nice place to visit, especially during the summer months when you can enjoy a picnic with your family and friends. Maplewood State Park
Maplewood State Park is a place of recreation and relaxation. It is Minnesota’s largest state park. It covers more than 8,500 acres of forest and prairie in western Minnesota. The park includes the headwaters of the Maple River, where visitors can enjoy swimming, canoeing, fishing, and camping. A playground is available for children at the campground area, and picnic tables are available throughout the park grounds.
Visitors can also enjoy snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing at Maplewood State Park during winter.
