The 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 is a high-powered pickup truck designed for hauling, off-roading, and more! Find out all about the new Chevy model by reading this guide or taking a trip to your local Chevy dealer.

Off-Road Capabilities

The ZR2 Silverado is built specifically for off-road capabilities. With multimatic DSSV dampers, 33-inch MT tires, and an off-road front-cut bumper, the new Silverado can take on any kind of terrain.

The special ZR2 Bison edition of the Silverado offers enhanced off-road features. This includes AEV Bison front and rear differentials, vertical front-tow hooks, rocker protection, and fuel tank skid plates.

Functional Durabed

Many drivers use their Chevy Silverado for work, meaning they need it to carry a heavy load. With a fully functional Durabed, the new Silverado 1500 has an increased cargo volume of 89.1 cubic feet. The bed features 12 standard tie-downs rated at 500 pounds per corner and a power-operated tailgate with six possible positions.

Google Built-in Compatibility

With available Google built-in, you can search the web just as you would on a computer or smartphone. Using your digital touchscreen, you can look up local restaurants, hotel accommodations, and fun things to do in the area. These capabilities make any road trip much easier!

MyChevrolet Mobile App

When you purchase a new Chevy Silverado, you can sync your vehicle to the myChevrolet mobile app on any compatible smart device. Through this app, you can view important insights about your truck and keep track of routine maintenance needs.

OnStar Emergency Services

With OnStar Emergency Services, navigating the unexpected becomes a lot simpler. If you encounter an emergency out on the road or have one of your own, help is just one button push away. Once you hit the red OnStar button, you’re connected with an Emergency-Certified Advisor who will direct first responders to your location.

OnStar Emergency Services also includes Stolen Vehicle Assistance. This feature helps track your vehicle’s location and share it with local law enforcement to get it back to you as soon as possible.

Chevy Safety Assist

The Chevy Safety Assist system features a variety of assistive driving features designed to keep you and other drivers safe on the road. This includes:

  • Lane Keep Assist
  • Forward Collision Alert
  • IntelliBeam High Beam Assist
  • Front Pedestrian Braking
  • Following Distance Indicator
