2023 Buick Enclave Avenir

The Avenir is the Enclave's top trim. The other two trims are the Essence and the Premium. While you receive a wide array of premium features with all three trims, the top-of-the-range Avenir trim offers an even more luxurious ride. The trim rides on 20-inch aluminum wheels and also boasts a dual-outlet stainless-steel exhaust and a hands-free liftgate with LED logo projection. You also receive power-folding and heated side mirrors, LED daytime running lamps, LED headlights, and roof-mounted side rails. In addition, the Avenir comes standard with a panoramic moonroof with a rear fixed skylight.

As is the case with the other two trims, the Avenir is powered by a potent 3.6-liter V-6 engine that pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The powertrain generates an output of 310 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive comes standard and an all-wheel-drive system is available.

The Enclave is a delight to drive. Apart from precise and light steering, the SUV has minimal body lean around corners and delivers confident braking. In addition, the SUV's standard five-link rear suspension system effectively smooths out the rough patches on the road. You also get strong towing capability from the Enclave. When equipped with the available Trailering Package, you can tow up to 5,000 pounds. For optimal power and traction, opt for the available all-wheel-drive system.

The Avenir boasts a refined and comfortable cabin that's fitted with premium materials and a wide array of luxury features. Spacious seating is provided, especially in the first two rows. The third row is easy to access with the pull of a handle, and the third row folds down electronically. You also receive tons of cargo space. There's 23.6 cubic feet of space behind the third row, and folding all the rear seats down opens up a maximum cargo area of 97.4 cubic feet The Avenir comes with an 8-inch infotainment system, which features SiriusXM, USB ports, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and wireless phone charging. You also get a Bose premium 10-speaker system and a navigation system. Other standard features include a power-adjustable driver seat, a rear-window defogger, a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats and heated rear seats ensure that passengers remain comfortable. The Avenir also comes with a head-up display.

The Avenir is equipped with just about every driver-assist feature you can think of, so you can be assured of a safe ride. Standard systems include a following distance indicator, forward-collision alert, and front pedestrian braking.
